Hello $CUSTOMER,

Thank you for contacting Cloudflare Support.

I can see that your website at http://example.com/ is not using Cloudflare’s authoritative nameservers but iana-servers.net nameservers from which belong to the Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA):
    C:\Users\Justin Lee>nslookup -type=NS example.com
    Server: gateway.home
    Address: 192.168.254.254

    Non-authoritative answer:
    example.com nameserver = a.iana-servers.net
    example.com nameserver = b.iana-servers.net

If you have a domain that is using Cloudflare’s authoritative nameservers, you will be able to check to see if the nameserver returns a response for the domain lookup using nslookup on Windows or the dig command on Mac/Linux. You can also ping (source) the Cloudflare nameserver associated with your website to check if it is responsive.

If you need any further support for http://example.com/‘s nameservers, it would be best to contact IANA’s technical support team for information regarding the status of their nameservers or if you need guidance switching to Cloudflare’s authoritative nameservers.
