While the presence of CF-RAY in your curl output indicates that Cloudflare is active (source) for the hostname and processing the request through our content delivery network (CDN), it looks like you have turned off caching in your origin server’s cache control settings based on your response headers. Namely, no-store, no-cache, max-age=0 instructs both browsers and cache servers not to cache the content (source).

I would recommend removing the no-store and no-cache tags and increasing the max-age if you want content to be cached by our CDN.
